Six-Fours-les-Plages covers an area of almost 2700 hectares and groups together 26 small villages and is one of the biggest “communes” on the coast. There are 18 km of coastline cut up into sandy beaches and secretive inlets, little harbours and protected forests.

You will find an innumerable amount of historical monuments in Six-Fours-les-Plages, primarily the Collégiale St. Pierre from the 11th century, at 210 metres altitude, and the Chapelle de Pépiole from the 5th century. From Notre Dame du Mai, at the top of Cap Sicié, at 358 metres altitude, you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of the hinterland and of the coast from Cassis to Toulon.

Six-Fours-les-Plages offers all sorts of sports activities including various water sports: regattas, diving, angling and deep sea fishing, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, rowing etc.

Along the coast you can follow the path, Sentier du Littoral, which leads to the little fishing hamlet, Le Brusc. From here, you can go by boat to the small islands, Iles des Embiez, a very pleasant trip.
